The restaurant

The Restaurant "Le Miniere" and the annexed Hotel have been established since 1899 and have always maintained an authentic menu offering strong and delicate tastes of traditional Piedmont together with a menu to suit more modern lighter tastes.

The Arsini Family have maintained over the years the flavours and original characteristics of Piedmont cuisine. The very personal and traditional service has been nurtured as a precious gift within the Family through the generations.
